Don't forget C. MM, which is already accounted for

Well when I read not to bring attack skills that's just dumb, you've gotta pull some weight in the beginnning because you are not targeted, i myself take cyclone axe, excecutioners strike, glads defence, defensive stance, disciplined stance, healing signet(dont use in battle), and rez signet. I never die.

apparently nobody...it's next to impossible to get onto a group as an ele up there, much less a 5 man group, for reasons that I've seen are obvious. The only way I can outdo an SS necro is if I use glyph of sacrifice to double MS...but there's a 60 second recharge time, echo can be removed before I'm finished casting the first MS, MS can be interrupted (it takes 5 seconds to cast), etc, etc, etc

I posted this challenge awhile ago, no takers. This post is right-on...so many people speak of alternate configurations and mention millions of possibilities, nobody can come up with a 5 man (or less) group that can clear out SF as quickly and efficiently.
This is coming from a frustrated elementalist player, who is now workng on a necro. And I don't farm because it's fun.

Arcane echo is what every ss uses.

This thread already has me working on this challenge. Might take me a week or so, but it will come.

I appreciate the advice. It's an interesting build...I'll have to try it out sometime. I'd like to break it down mathmatically, but I'm too tired right now.
I posted this thread a short while ago: http://www.guildwarsguru.com/forum/s...d.php?t=135323
and posted a few comments in this one:

I've come to realize that ele's do have some places (for instance, I use echo/arcane echo, MS, Glyph of Sacrifice, (echo/arcane echo MS) on dual monks in FoW, and I usually kill them a lot quicker than any SS could (it invokes a 60 second recharge on echo, which makes it sync up with MS). But the real problem comes against armored opponents...SS, of course, ignores armor.

Just FYI, I was talking about myself (as an ele), trying to outdamage an SS necro. It can happen, but it's very inefficient in comparison.

Perhaps, but if you use OoB youre sacrificing soul reaping, which leads to problems in the first place - and ive no idea how OoB can have any advantage over Glyph of Energy unless you max out blood or something.. and then OoB would only be better from the casting time point of view, PLUS you have to sacrifice hp.

hmmm.... u can finish oro easily if u got 7 henchy in ur team, or drunk as freshman, or half-asleep, or lagging like crazy, or all above in any combo.... do i have to continue? theres no fun, u just spending 20-30 min of ur precious time hoping to make some gold to buy better weapons/armor/whatnot for the builds u're running for fun... simple as that. u want to finish it as fast as possible without wasting ur time on some moron who dosnt know what he/she's doing...
theres another reason to do oro repeatedly - if u need skillpoints badly and we dont have favor again u can get few scrolls and get some exp from mobs plus exr reward for both oro quests. then u can get skill u wanted and have fun using it
simple as that
